Oh Mary Jo, I just heard about Gerard's death today or I would have been at the funeral. I am so sorry. I know there is no greater loss than the loss of a child. You and your family will be in our prayers. Tony and I are both sending love and codolences.

Gerard was an amazing young man-- charismatic, funny, loving, considerate, kind, generous, and deeply empathetic. Our family has been blessed to know Gerard well since he was about 5 years old. We are devastated by this profound loss. He was truly an angel on earth. May you all continue to find comfort in the happy memories you have of Gerard as he will always be with you all. We were blessed to be part of his life from the day he was born. He was a kind
