Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Uncle, 83
Mr. Wojciech Piskorowski, 83, of Kearny, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the University Hospital, Newark. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Sunday, November 13 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday, November 14 at 9:15 a.m. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 624 Page Avenue, Lyndhurst at 10:30 a.m. The interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington.
Mr. Piskorowski was born in Dabrowka, Poland and emigrated to Kearny in 1973. He was employed by Pfizer in Rutherford for many years as a Technician working on the development and manufacturing of artificial hips until his retirement in 2004. Mr. Piskorowski was well-known by all for being funny and for being a jokester. He enjoyed smoking his pipe. His greatest joy and love was for his family. He absolutely adored his grandchildren.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Helena (nee Urban) Piskorowski; his devoted daughters Anna Barylski and her husband Wieslaw, and Barbara Donker and her husband David; his cherished grandchildren Brian, Olivia, Anthony, Jacqueline, and Madeline; and his loving nephews Jarek Pirog and Krzysztof Pirog
Mr. Piskorowski is predeceased by his sisters Stasha Piskorowski and Helena Pirog.
