Beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather, 87

Mr. William E. Ostlin, 87, of Nutley, NJ, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Mountainside Hospital, Glen Ridge.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Tuesday, October 29 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  There will be a funeral service celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 30 at 10:00 a.m.  The entombment will be at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington with military honors.

Mr. Ostlin was born in Clifton, NJ and was a Nutley resident for the past 63 years.  He was an Electro Mechanical Technician for View More Co., Nutley for many years before retiring.  Mr. Ostlin served honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Marilyn (nee Ferraro) Ostlin; his devoted son William E. Ostlin, Jr. and his wife Diane; and his cherished grandchildren Sherilyn and Eric.

Mr. Ostlin is predeceased by his brother Harold Ostlin, and his sister Irene McLaughlin.
