Beloved Father, Brother and Grandfather, 85
Mr. William S. Mulready, 85, of Nutley, NJ, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Wayne. There will be a funeral service celebrated at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:15 a.m. Visitation will be from 9:15 a.m. until time of service. In honor of Mr. Mulready, there will also be a memorial service by the Nutley American Legion Post #70 at 10:15 a.m. The interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington with military honors.
Mr. Mulready was born in Fargo, North Dakota and resided in Nutley since 1968. He was employed as a Bus Driver for Greyhound Lines and Community Coach USA, New York City and Passaic, NJ, for many years before retiring in 2010. He served honorably in the United States Army National Guard during the Vietnam War. Mr. Mulready was a member of the American Legion Post #70 in Nutley.
He is survived by his beloved children Lori Mulready, Catherine Akos and her husband Richard, and her twin brother Steven Mulready and his wife Anne-Marie Burger; his loving sisters Nancy Dotoli and Anne-Marie Zauner; and also his cherished grandchildren Jack Mulready, Jessica Akos and Robert Akos.
Mr. Mulready was predeceased by his wife, Kathleen A. (nee Lezark) Mulready (2014).
