Beloved Husband, Father, and Brother, 60

Mr. Terry P. Charran, 60, of Belleville, NJ, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be on Monday, June 15 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  Due to the current health regulations, visitation is limited to 50 visitors at a time.  There will be a funeral service celebrated at the Calvary Chapel of Kearny, 156 Oakwood Avenue, Kearny on Tuesday, June 16 at 9:00 a.m.  The cremation will be at Rosedale Cemetery, Orange.

Mr. Charran was born in 79 Village, Corentyne, Berbice, Guyana and emigrated to Queens, NY in 1983 before moving to Belleville 29 years ago.  He was employed as an electrician by the New York City Department of Education.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Monica (nee Thakoor) Charran; his devoted sons Sean and Ryan; his loving brothers Ronald, Lionel, and David Charran, and his loving sisters Sattie Mohammed and Janet Charran.  He is also survived by his many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Charran is predeceased by his parents Patrick and Millicent (nee Mathura) Charran, and his brother Frederick Charran.
