Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather, 92

Mr. Savino Balducci, 92, of Belleville, NJ, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Sunday, November 21 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Monday, November 22 at 9:45 a.m. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 63 Franklin Street, Belleville at 11:00 a.m.  The entombment will be at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington.

Mr. Balducci was born in Corato, Bari, Italy and emigrated with his fiancé Maria to Caracas, Venezuela in 1954, where they were married in 1957 before emigrating to Newark, NJ in 1967, and then moving to Belleville, NJ in 1974.  He was a Tool and Dye Maker for Krementz Jewelers in Newark for 35 years before retiring in 1997.  Mr. Balducci was a member of the Newark Italian American Club, the Belleville Civic Association, Nutley Unico, and was also a member and Treasurer of the Italian Federation.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years Maria (nee Cifarelli) Balducci; his devoted son Anthony Balducci and his wife Vanessa; and his cherished granddaughter Samantha. 

Mr. Balducci is predeceased by his parents Antonio and Maria (nee Scarangelo) Balducci, and his sister Lena Ardizolla.
