Beloved Mother, Sister and Grandmother, 77

Mrs. Rosina (nee Pasquale) Della Terza, 77, of Belleville, NJ, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Wednesday, June 30 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.  The funeral will be conducted on Thursday, July 1 at 10:00 a.m.  There will be a funeral mass celebrated at St. Lucy’s Church, Newark at 11:30 a.m.  The entombment will be at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.

Rosina was born in Cassano Irpino, Avellino, Italy and emigrated on December 13, 1958 to Newark, NJ where she resided for a several years before moving to   Belleville, NJ 40 years ago.  She worked for Peerless Tube in Bloomfield, NJ as an assembler for 25 years. Rosina later worked at the 1st Cerebral Palsy Center of New Jersey in Belleville for 21 years until her retirement in 2009 to help raise her grandchildren.

Rosina is survived by her loving daughters Michelle Raggi and her husband Bruce, and Roseann Fede; her devoted sister Luigina Varone; her loving sisters-in-law Michelina and Matilda Pasquale; and her cherished grandchildren Dario and Sebastian Raggi, and Gabriella and Sophia Fede.  She is also survived by her many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband Dario Della Terza (2000), her parents Pompeo and Rosina (nee Mongiello) Pasquale, her brothers Giovanni and Bartolomeo Pasquale, and her brother-in-law Gennaro Varone.
