Beloved Husband, Father, Brother and Grandfather, 75
Mr. Ronald S. Kohn, 75, of Montville, passed away on February 21, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, February 25 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Saturday, February 26 at 9:15 a.m. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at Holy Family Church, 28 Brookline Avenue, Nutley at 10:30 a.m. The cremation will be held privately.
Mr. Kohn was born in Passaic, NJ and resided in Montville for the past 52 years. He was the owner of Arrow Forklift, Totowa for many years. He was later employed as a Maintenance Worker for Novartis, East Hanover before retiring. He was a member of the Buckhorn Hunting Club, NY. He enjoyed hiking and biking outdoors, photography, trains, and playing the guitar and piano, and was known as a fun-loving guy with a silly sense of humor.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years Darlene (nee Ringi) Kohn; his devoted children Nancy Trogani and her husband John, Tara Castles and her husband Raymond, Lindsay Kohn Farley and her husband Jim, and Renee Kohn; his loving brother Clifford Kohn and his wife Geri; and his cherished grandchildren Lilia, Liam, Briana and Jayden. He is also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.
Mr. Kohn is predeceased by his parents Lester and Margaret (nee Salko) Kohn, and his brother Lester Kohn, Jr.
