Beloved Mother, Sister and Aunt, 78

Mrs. Patricia (nee Rippo) Sanfilippo, 78, of Toms River, NJ, , formerly of Belleville, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Community Medical Center, Toms River.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue, on Monday, October 4 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.  There will be a graveside service celebrated at Crest Haven Memorial Park, 750 Passaic Avenue, Clifton at 2:00 p.m.

Patricia was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Belleville for 30 years before moving to Toms River 12 years ago.  She was employed for 30 years by Pathmark, Belleville, beginning her career as a cashier and advancing to the position of Price Integrity Coordinator before retiring.

She is survived by her beloved son Carlo Goias and his girlfriend Marilyn Rodriguez, and her loving sisters Jean Russo, Betty Stalmok, and Lucille Bianchi; her many cherished nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She is also survived by Jusella D'Amico and her children, Dante Louis Sboto and Joseph Sboto, Jr. who lovingly called her "Momma Patty".

Patricia is predeceased by her husbands Carlo Goias, Sr., and Joseph Sanfilippo; her son Sam Siano, her brother Ralph Rippo, and her sister Katherine Jordan.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia’s memory will be accepted at the funeral home.
