Liam Jax Santos, 10, of Paterson, NJ, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Paterson, surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Wednesday, July 5 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral mass held at St. Lucy’s Church, 118 – 7th Avenue, Newark on Thursday, July 6 @ 10:45 a.m.  The interment will be at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton.

Liam was born at 1:15 p.m. on May 4, 2013, in Long Island Jewish Hospital exhilarating his family with the warmest feeling that continued throughout his life.  He was a 5th grade student at the John P. Holland Charter School, in Paterson.  

Liam’s smile was contagious.   In school, he knew how to be a friend and made sure no one was ever left out.  He was friendly, respectful and showed empathy to everyone he encountered.  He was an avid reader and absolutely loved the series “My Life as a YouTuber”, “My Life as a Gamer”, etc.  He would always give his review on each book he read.

He is survived by his beloved parents Rocio Santos and Reynaldo Nunez, his step-father Eric Ramirez and his step-mother Vianna Nunez; his brothers Xavier Nunez and Kyro Ramirez, and his baby sister Mila Rose; his maternal grandmother Nereyda Vasquez; and his fraternal grandparents Reynaldo and Miriam Nunez.

Liam was a true blessing to all who knew him and loved him.
