Beloved Husband, Brother and Uncle, 91
Mr. Joseph G. Tomon, 91, of Belleville, NJ, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at Mountainside Hospital, Glen Ridge. Because of current health advisories, private funeral services will be held with an interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. A memorial service will be celebrated at a later date. Mr. Tomon was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Belleville for many years. He was employed as an Assistant Foreman by Benjamin Moore, for 38 years before retiring. He served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War being discharged in 1953.
Mr. Tomon is survived by his beloved wife Natalie (nee Testa) Tomon. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on October 12, 2019. He is also survived by his dear sister Mary Dahl; and his many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nephews.
He is predeceased by his brother Stanley Tomon.
