Beloved Aunt, 94

Helen Montanino, 94, (Helen would have turned 95 on March 15), of Teaneck, formerly of Newark and East Orange, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at the Teaneck Nursing Center.  There will be a funeral service celebrated at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, March 13 at 11:00 a.m.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.  The interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.

Helen was born in Newark and resided in East Orange for many years before moving to Teaneck.

She is survived by her loving nieces and nephews Robert Montanino and his wife Linda, Henry Coty and his wife Gail, Lorraine Coty, Marie Ann Coty, Janis Coty and Victoria Ortiz; her many loving great-nieces, great-nephews and her longtime loving caregiver Laura (Mommy) Clanton and her children Charley and Mercy.

Helen was predeceased by her parents Vito and Lucia (nee Sposaro) Montanino, her siblings Gerard Montanino and his wife Theresa, Victor Montanino and his wife Filomena, Mary Coty and her husband Florian and Anna Montanino, and also her nephews Edward Coty and John Pellitier.
