Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, 96

Mrs. Giovanna (nee Lanza) Cinquino, 96, of Belleville, NJ, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Mountainside Hospital, Glen Ridge.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Saturday, August 8 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  There will be a funeral service celebrated at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 11 at 10:30 a.m.  The interment will be at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair.

Mrs. Cinquino was born in Bovino, Foggia, Italy and emigrated to Nutley in 1962  before moving to Belleville in 1967.  The only job she ever held was as a Tiemaker for Playboy Neckware, Belleville for many years before retiring.  Mrs. Cinquino loved cooking, baking and gardening.

She is survived by her beloved children Maria Reynolds and her husband Nagy Ibrahim, and John Cinquino and his wife Addie; her cherished grandchildren Robert, Elena, John Vittorio, Jennifer and Joey and also her precious great-grandson Dominic.  She is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cinquino is predeceased by her husband Vittorio Cinquino, her son Dario Cinquino, her parents Marco and Anna (nee Manganiello) Lanza, her brother Battista Lanza and her sister Giuseppina Franco.
