Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Brother 80
Mr. Frank Yacullo Jr., 80 of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away at his home on Thursday, August 10, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Tuesday, August 15, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Wednesday, August 16 at 9:45 a.m. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at St. Anthony’s of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 63 Franklin Street, Belleville at 11:00 a.m. The interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington.
Frank was born in the Ironbound section of Newark, before moving to Bloomfield 53 years ago. Frank began his career with the Newark Water Department advancing to the position of superintendent than transferring to the City of East Orange in the same capacity before retiring. Afterwards, Frank was proud to create his own company Laser Contracting specializing in water leak detection. He was passionate about his fleet of “Classic Cars.” Everyone loved being around Frank and enjoyed being in his company. He adored and loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Helen (nee Jones) Yacullo, his loving children; Denise Rodak and her husband Joseph, Anthony F. Yacullo; his cherished grandchildren Amy Rodak and Paul Yacullo; his brother Robert Yacullo and his wife Joan; his brother-in-law Edward Jones and his wife Ann Marie. He is also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.
Frank is predeceased by his parents Frank Yacullo and Gilda (nee Malone) Yacullo.
