Beloved Brother, Uncle, and Great-Uncle, 59

Mr. Ernest Rosamila, 59, of Nutley, NJ, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023 at the Clara Maass Medical Center Belleville surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue, on Wednesday, May 31, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be a funeral service celebrated at the funeral home on Thursday, June 1, at 9:30 a.m. The interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 255 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover.

Ernie was born in Glen Ridge, grew up in Bloomfield, and resided in Nutley for many years. He was self-employed as a mechanic and loved helping people. Ernie was an avid NY Giants and NY Yankee fan. He loved music, the beach, and swimming in the pool. He was known as the neighborhood watch as well as a gentle giant. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and eating great food.

He is survived by his loving siblings, Salvatore Rosamilia and his wife, Rhonda, Dr. Gina Rosamilia and her companion Mike Swinarski, Adrienne Castellano and her husband Richard. He is also survived by his precious nieces and nephews. 

Mr. Rosamilia is predeceased by his parents Arthur and Jennie (nee San Giorgio) Rosamilia.
