Beloved Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather and Brother, 86

Mr. Edward J. Arguelles, 86, of Nutley, NJ passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Sunday, February 16 from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.   There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley on Monday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m.  The interment will be at Preakness Reformed Church Cemetery, Wayne.    

Mr. Arguelles was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided in Nutley for over 50 years. He was a Carpenter for Local #257, NYC, for 42 years before retiring.  Mr. Arguelles served honorably in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his beloved children Anthony J. Arguelles, Sr. and his wife Dena, Michael Arguelles and his wife Malinda, and Christine Smizaski and her husband William; his cherished grandchildren Joseph, Alyssa, William, Emily, Nicole, Michael, Edward and Anthony, Jr.; his precious great-grandson Grayson; and his loving sisters Evelyn and Julia.

Mr. Arguelles is predeceased by his wife Gemma (nee Carapreso) Arguelles (2015), and his 10 brothers and sisters.
