Devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother, 91

Mrs. Dolores (nee Fischetti) Cicala, 91, of Nutley, NJ, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Tuesday, January 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  There will be a funeral service celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 11 at 10:30 a.m.  The entombment will be at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington.

Mrs. Cicala was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided in Staten Island for many years  before moving to Nutley eight years ago.  She was affectionately known as “Della”.  Mrs. Cicala was devoted to her loving family who enjoyed her fantastic cooking.  She was the youngest and last surviving of her five brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by her beloved children Frank Cicala and Angela Ronzitti and her husband William; and her cherished granddaughter Francesca.  She is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Cicala is predeceased by her husband Vincent Cicala (2015).
