Diane graduated from The Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia, 1986, and began her Paralegal career in well-known New York City and Washington, DC law firms, including Mendes & Mount; Kramer Levin; Howry & Simon; Proskauer, Rose, Goetz & Mendelsohn.  She then worked at the industry disruptor MCI.

Diane is predeceased by her father, Richard Marzo, and her mother, Mildred Marzo. She is survived by her two daughters, LeeAnn Ellison, and Kristy Ellison; siblings Cathy Gonzalez, Rick Marzo, and Donna Marzo; and their Spouses.  And survived by her husband Richard Ellison.

Diane is loved by her family and friends.  We miss her companionship, but know she is in the peace of the Lord now.  She lives on in our memories and hearts. She is proudest of her two daughters who are accomplishing a lot for their youth, and she knows they will continue to accomplish great things.
