Beloved Husband, Father, Brother and Grandfather, 82

Mr. Antonio L. Volpe, 82, of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Mountainside Hospital, Glen Ridge.  Visitation will be at St. Peter’s Church, 155 William Street, Belleville on Tuesday, February 9th at 9:30 a.m.  There will be a funeral mass celebrated at 10:00 a.m.  The interment will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Belleville.

Mr. Volpe was born in Italy and resided in Bloomfield for many years.  He was employed by Lasko Olds, Newark as an auto technician for many years before retiring ten years ago. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Carol Ann (nee Gilchrist) Volpe; his devoted children Anthony Volpe, Jr. and his wife Kathy, Angela Volpe, Joseph Volpe and his wife Mary, Michael Volpe and his wife Angela, Carol Bono and her husband Emil, Peter Volpe and his wife Michele, and John Volpe and his wife Donna; his loving brother Andrae Volpe; his many cherished grandchildren; and also his many loving nieces and nephews.

Mr. Volpe is predeceased by his brother Dominic Volpe.
