Mr. Anthony P. “Tony” Litterio, 72, of Budd Lake, NJ, formerly of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Hackensack Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, March 31 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Saturday, April 1 at 9:15 a.m.  There will be a funeral mass celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, 243 Abington Avenue, Newark at 10:30 a.m.  The cremation will be held privately.

Tony was born in Newark, NJ.  He moved to Bloomfield in 1981 where he resided before moving to Budd Lake in 2007.  Tony was with Rand Realty for many years.  He was a licensed NJ Realtor for well over 40 years.  His successful career started at DePiro Real Estate in Nutley where he specialized in Residential Sales.  It grew over the years to specialize in REO Properties bringing him to all areas of NJ.  He was an award-winning producing member of the Essex County Board of Realtors, and was associated with Rand and Pro Capital.  Tony was completely dedicated to his clients, working hard for them to accomplish their goal of owning Real Estate and, at the same time, had fun and made great long-lasting friendships.  He was keen, thoughtful, precise and well-respected in his field.  Tony was an excellent public speaker both personally and professionally.

He loved the beach and was an avid Frank Sinatra and NY Yankee fan. Tony was well-read and was a history and classical movie buff.  His greatest joy was spending time with his beautiful family.

Tony and his loving wife Delia (nee Conturso) would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 19, 2023.

He is survived by his beloved wife Delia Litterio; his devoted mother Rose (nee Pontillo) Litterio; his loving children Anthony G. Litterio and Victoria Litterio; his dear siblings Joseph Litterio and his wife Sue, and Janice Litterio-Frazzano and her husband Michael; and also his cherished grandchildren Nina, Sophia, Anthony and Dominic.
