Beloved Wife, Mother, Sister and Aunt, 84
Mrs. Rose Anna “Ann” (nee Corbo) Iovino, 84, of West Caldwell, NJ, formerly of Newark, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Sunday, September 30 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral mass on Monday, October 1 at Notre Dame Church, 359 Central Avenue, North Caldwell at 10:30 a.m. The entombment will be at Glendale Chapel Mausoleum, Bloomfield.
Mrs. Iovino was born to her late parents Angelo and Angela (nee Di Rubbo) Corbo on July 26, 1934 in Newark, NJ. She married Antonio Iovino in 1954 and moved to West Caldwell in 1961. She was the former owner of Rose’s Hair Salon in North Newark, and a loving homemaker to her family.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years Antonio Iovino; her children Ralph Iovino of Vermont, and Ellen Iovino of Connecticut; her two loving sisters Carmela (Milly) Esposito of West Caldwell, and Josephine Larsen and her husband Neil of Monroe Township, NJ. She is also survived by her 17 loving nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Iovino is predeceased by her son-in-law Larry Ruhl.
