Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Sister, 91

Mrs. Josephine C. (nee Mussucco) Ferraro, 91, of Nutley, NJ, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018.  There will be a funeral service celebrated held at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, February 23 at 12:00 p.m.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.  The interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.   

Mrs. Ferraro was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Nutley since 1950.  She was a 1945 graduate of Barringer High School, Newark.   Mrs. Ferraro, along with her husband Dominic, was co-owner of Ferraro Pork Store, Nutley for many years before retiring.  Previously she owned various businesses in Nutley.   

She is survived by her beloved children Dr. Bernadette A. Ferraro and Gerald J. Ferraro and his wife Donna; her cherished grandchildren Danielle Ferraro, Nicole Ascione and her husband John, Michael Ferraro and his wife Amanda; her precious great-grandchildren Olivia and Genevieve; and her loving sister Mary Volpe.

Mrs. Ferraro is predeceased by her beloved husband of 55 years, Dominic A. Ferraro, her brothers Frank and Peter Mossuco, and her sisters Mildred Zaino and Christine Sainz.
