 Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, 86

Mrs. Jennie (nee Palumbo) Spadone, 86, of Hillside, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 259 Oliver Street, Newark on Thursday, February 1 at 10:30 a.m.  The interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.   Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley on Wednesday, January 31 from 4:00 –8:00 p.m.    

Mrs. Spadone was born and raised in the Ironbound section of Newark, NJ before moving to Hillside, NJ 60 years ago.  She was a loving homemaker to her family.

She is survived by her husband Nicholas Spadone, her beloved children Lorraine De Jianne and her husband Joseph, Judy Spadone and Susan Spadone and her husband Mark Darragh; her cherished grandchildren Michael De Jianne and his wife Corinne, Peter De Jianne, and Thomas De Jianne and his wife Amber; and her precious great-grandson Andrew.

Mrs. Spadone is predeceased by her parents Thomas and Louise (nee Gamone) Palumbo, and her brother Joseph Palumbo.
