Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Sister, 81

Mrs. Geraldine (nee Resavage) Drost, 81, of Nutley, NJ, formerly of Wallington, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville.  There will be a funeral service celebrated at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Thursday, March 22 (was changed from Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m.  The interment will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Lodi.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 20 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Mrs. Drost was born in Seneca Falls, New York and resided in Wallington, NJ before moving to Nutley six years ago.  She was a loving homemaker who dedicated herself entirely to her family.  Mrs. Drost was a member of the Nutley Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her beloved children Sharon Balsamo and her husband Salvatore, and Anthony Drost; her cherished grandsons Philip and Matthew; and her loving siblings Dolores Wilkie, Janet Hilger and Beverly Badami.

Mrs. Drost was predeceased by her husband Richard Drost, and her siblings Anthony Resavage and Shirlee Bedell.
