Beloved Mother, 77

Gail (nee Carney) Amoresano, 77, of West Caldwell, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston with her loving family at her side.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Tuesday, April 23 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  The funeral will be conducted on Wednesday, April 24 at 8:45 a.m.  There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Nicholas  Church, Passaic at 10:00 a.m.  The interment will be at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi.    

Gail was born and raised in Passaic, NJ and then resided in West Caldwell for the past 50 years.  She worked for over 25 years at Suburban Propane in Whippany where she managed Yellow Page advertising until she retired in 2011.  Gail was adored by her family and friends who will always remember her for her amazing grace and generosity, her sharp wit and humor, and her beautiful spirit.  She enjoyed baking cookies for every occasion, keeping a lovely garden and reading.  She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her beloved son Michael Amoresano and his dear girlfriend Rosanna Reynoso.  She is also survived by her many loving cousins and her aunt Kathleen,.

Gail is predeceased by her brother Michael Carney.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memorials Processing, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
