Beloved Brother and Uncle, 88
Mr. Fred J. Lardieri, 88, of Nutley, NJ, formerly of Newark, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville. The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Thursday, December 27 at 8:45 a.m. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Bloomfield at 10:00 a.m. The interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Orange with military honors. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 26 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Mr. Lardieri was born in Newark and resided in Nutley for the past 20 years. He was an Inventory Manager for General Motors in Linden, NJ and Pennsylvania for over 30 years. He served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his beloved sisters Filomena Perna and Rose Melia, and loving sister-in-law Jackie Lardieri. He is also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.
Mr. Lardieri is predeceased by his parents Anthony and Virginia (nee De Rogatis) Lardieri, his brothers Vincent, Gerard, Vincent (Shiek), Anthony, Jr., and Generoso, and also his brothers-in-law Arcangelo Melia and Gerard Perna, Sr.
