Mr. Frank P. Tedesco, 79, of Nutley, NJ, formerly of Newark, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, August 9 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.   There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 10:45 a.m.  The interment will be at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.   For directions or to send online condolences, please visit our website at www.biondifuneralhome.com.

Mr. Tedesco was born in Newark, NJ where he resided until moving to Nutley 14 years ago.  He was a maintenance worker for the Newark Housing Authority for 36 years before retiring. Mr. Tedesco loved to forecast the weather and was an avid Yankee fan.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years Charlotte (Schmidt) Tedesco; his loving sister Josephine “Joan” Iannucci; his loving niece Michele Iannucci and her partner Glen Ellen Carter; and his loving nephew Nicholas Iannucci and his fiancé Karen Campanga.  He is also survived by his many loving cousins. In lieu of flowers donations to a local hospice would be appreciated.
