Beloved Father and Grandfather, 68

Mr. Frank J. “Frankie Boy” Giordano, Sr., 68, of Long Branch, NJ, formerly of Union, NJ, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Friday, February 15 at 9:15 a.m.  There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Nutley at 10:30 a.m.  The cremation will be held privately. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 14 from 4:00 –8:00 p.m.    

Mr. Giordano was born in the Ironbound Section of Newark and resided in Union before moving to Long Branch 12 years ago. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Janet (nee Jengeleski) Giordano; his devoted son Frank J. Giordano, Jr. and his wife Kelly; and his cherished grandson Joseph Arturo Giordano. 

Mr. Giordano is predeceased by his father Arthur Giordano (1954), his father Michael Gargas (1989) and his mother Angie (nee Nuzzo) Gargas (2013).
