 Beloved Father, Brother, Grandfather and Uncle, 89

Mr. Domenico Gaglio, 89, of  Bloomfield NJ, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Saturday, May 11 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  The funeral will be conducted on Monday, May 13 at 9:15 a.m.  There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville at 10:30 a.m. The entombment will be at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.   

Mr. Gaglio was born in Messina Sicily, and emigrated to Bloomfield in 1961.  He was the owner of Gaglio Construction, Bloomfield for many years before retiring.  Mr. Gaglio served honorably in the Italian Army.  

He is survived by his beloved son Salvatore Gaglio; his loving sister Maria Gaglio; and his cherished grandchildren Dominick and Michael.  He is also survived by his loving nieces Floreen and Kathleen, and his many loving nieces and nephews in Italy.

Mr. Gaglio is predeceased by his wife Catena (nee Molica) Gaglio (2012), and his bother-in-law Andrea Mollica.
