Beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, 88

Mrs. Antonia “Etta” (nee Sicignano) Myers, 88, of Nutley, NJ, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Sunday, April 14 from 1:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m.  The funeral will be conducted on Monday, April 15 at 8:45 a.m.  There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Nutley at 10:00 a.m. The interment will be at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.    

Mrs. Myers was born in Trieste, Italy and emigrated to Newark, NJ in the 1950’s, moving to Nutley in 1973.  She was a proud homemaker to her loving family.

She is survived by her beloved son John Myers and his fiancée Toni-Ann Icolari; her loving sister Elena Zoli in Italy; her cherished grandchildren Anthony Parzanese and his wife Kelly, Jonathan Trumble and his wife Michelle, Anthony Myers and his wife Luisa, Lucia Viola and her husband Martin, Mark Grimyser and Michael Grimyser; and also her seven cherished great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Myers is predeceased by her husband John Myers (2000), her daughters Lucia Marie Garbacki (2002), Lorraine Trumble (2008) and Diane Grimyser (2013); and also her three brothers and five sisters.
