Mrs. Noli B. (nee Besas) Garcia-Luna, 59, of Bushkill, PA, formerly of Verona, NJ, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at St. Clare’s Hospital, Denville.   The funeral will be conducted from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Saturday, July 15 at 8:15 a.m.  There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley at 9:30 a.m.   The entombment will be at the Municipal Cemetery, Ilo-Ilo City, Philippines.  Visitation will be on Friday, July 14 from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. 

Mrs. Garcia-Luna was born in Ilo-Ilo City, Philippines and immigrated to Verona, NJ in 1988 before moving to Bushkill, PA 21 years ago.  She was a Registered Nurse with the East Orange Veterans Hospital.  Mrs. Garcia Luna received her nursing degree at St. Paul’s College, Ilo-Ilo City, Philippines and earned a Master’s of Science and Nursing Degree from Kean University, Union.

She is survived by her beloved husband Robert V. Luna; her devoted children Raymund Garcia and his wife Dr. Kei, and Virginia De Jesus and her husband Carlos; and also her cherished grandchildren Casianna, Carlos II and Jake.
