Beloved Mother, and Grandmother, 96

Mrs. Ana (nee Abreu) Gonzalez, 96, of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. There will be a funeral service celebrated at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Tuesday, July 18 at 10:00 a.m.   The interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  Visitation will be on Monday, July 17 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.  

Mrs. Gonzalez was born in Isabella, Puerto Rico and immigrated to Manhattan before moving to New Jersey 30 years ago, and was currently a resident of Bloomfield.  She was a loving homemaker to her family.

She is survived by her beloved children Albert Gonzalez and his wife Janet, and Robert Gonzalez and his wife Julie; and also her cherished grandchildren Jasmine, Albert, Amanda, Christopher, Adriana and Christina.

Mrs. Gonzalez is predeceased by her husband Alberto Gonzalez and her son Nelson Gonzalez.
